iPadOS 13.1.3 Release Notes
If you have been experiencing any issues with earlier releases of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, it’s usually a good idea to install the latest software updates to obtain bug fixes. An earlier software update aimed to address fast battery drain in iOS 13 amongst other issues, while some users still experience the “No Sender” and “No Subject” Mail bug. Keep in mind that after installing a software update, iPadOS 13 and iOS 13 may feel slow for a brief while as the system software may rescan and reindex data on the device.
