The second beta release of iOS 27 is now available to iPhone users enrolled in Apple’s beta testing program, along with iPadOS 27 beta for iPad participants. While anyone can technically install these betas, they are designed for advanced users and may lack the stability of final releases.
Apple has also rolled out MacOS 27 Golden Gate beta 2 and the second beta versions of watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27.
iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 emphasize performance gains, refinements to Liquid Glass—including a slider to tweak interface intensity—, a dedicated Siri app, Siri AI, and new Apple Intelligence features, along with a host of smaller tweaks.
