On this video Colin Smith from PhotoshopCAFE shows how to create a great panorama stitched image with the boundary warp tool in Lightoom.
In the past smith used Photoshop to stitch images but now with the Boundary Warp tool all you need to do is to choose the images that you want to combine – choose panorama and than use the Boundary Warp slider to fill the missing parts as well as fix the edges.
The process does takes time but the tool does save a ton of time fixing the image and the missing parts by hand – very simple and useful.

Update: Boundary Warp is actually kind of new (introduced in late January 2016) and it also works in the latest version of Camera RAW (9.4) as you can see in this Adobe video:
