We are pleased to announce that we are calling for contributors on Shutterstock’s various marketplaces to submit their stories for an opportunity to get featured as a contributor on one of our channels. Our networks are full of creative, talented individuals across the globe. From photographers, videographers, illustrators, and composers, we want to showcase creatives who earn money by submitting content to our marketplaces.
Contributors, we want to hear your Shutterstock story.
We are calling for you to submit your story for a potential opportunity to be featured on our blog, social media, and through an up-and-coming video series, Shutterstock Presents. Shutterstock Presents is a content series that celebrates our photographers, illustrators, videographers, and composers by telling the stories behind the work they create. Stories that inspire creativity and wonder.
What’s your Shutterstock story? Do you have an interesting story behind the reason you chose to pursue photography? Do you find inspiration for your illustrations in a unique subculture we don’t know about? Or are you supporting your family through stock footage? Do you have a 9-5 and use photography as a creative outlet instead? We want to hear more about who you are, what you do, and what inspires you to create.
Who can submit stories for consideration?
Story submissions are open to any contributor on Shutterstock, Offset, Shutterstock Custom, or PremiumBeat. We encourage our contributors to submit stories that highlight diversity, uniqueness, and that celebrate the individuality and unique traits that make you who you are.
What is the review process?
Our team will review all story submissions. We will then be in touch with contributors if there is an opportunity to feature them as a contributor. This story submission has no end date. We simply want to open a platform for our contributors to tell us a little more about what they do and who they are to break barriers and better understand the diversity that exists on our network.
Why should I submit my story?
We have hundreds of thousands of contributors on our networks around the world. By submitting your unique story, we have an opportunity to learn more about you as an individual. In a large marketplace, submitting your story provides you the opportunity to stand out and help your audience discover you.
