Apple has released updates to each beta version of their operating systems, including iOS 9.3 beta 5, OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 Beta 5, tvOS 9.2 beta 5, and watchOS 2.2 beta 5.
The 5th beta builds are available now for users participating in the developer and public beta testing programs, and continue to improve on the stability and featureset of each OS.
iOS users who are currently running a previous 9.3 beta can find beta 5 available to download now form the OTA mechanism, accessible via Settings > General > Software Update.
Mac users who are running a prior El Capitan beta build can find the 5th beta of 10.11.4 available from the Mac App Store Updates section.
WatchOS betas must be updated through the accompanying iPhone app, while tvOS betas can be downloaded through OTA on the Apple TV as well.
It is widely assumed the final versions of iOS 9.3, OS X 10.11.4, tvOS 9.2, and watchOS 2.2 will be released to the general public alongside revamped iPad hardware and a smaller iPhone model later in the month.
