Software-maker Affinity Photo has revealed it will add 360-degree image editing and focus stacking functionality to its Affinity Photo app.
The new features will be included in the next update to its image-editing app for Mac users, Affinity Photo v1.5, set to be available on the Mac App Store in early autumn.
What’s more, the new features will be available in the new Windows version of Affinity Photo, which is due to launch a free public beta around the same time.
Other features include a new HDR merge tool that produces full 32-bit linear colour space images and offers a new workspace for tone mapping, as well as batch processing to speed up your workflow.
Also on board is a new system of recording and replaying actions for macro images.
Affinity Photo is currently available at a 20% discount price of £29.99 / $39.99 / €39.99 until Thursday, July 21, as part of a promotion to mark its first anniversary. The Affinity Photo price will then revert to £39.99 / $49.99 / €49.99.
