SmallHD is making waves at NAB (as usual) with the announcement of their new 7-inch monitor with ethernet camera control.
SmallHD’s bright monitors will save us all. I’ve said that many times about many different products, but being able to look at your footage and trust what you shot — no matter the conditions outside — benefits filmmakers of any caliber.
SmallHD’s latest offering, the Cine 7, is even more user-friendly than their previous releases. You can now control the camera through an ethernet cable. Right now, the monitor will only be available for larger cameras like the ALEXA Mini, LF, and Amira, but others will be added later, including Sony and Canon.

So, obviously, this is pretty impressive, and I cant wait to see when and how they announce the later models (compatible with Sony cameras).
