While Adobe Premiere Pro is full of tools to help you both read and correct the color in your work, it can be a bit overwhelming trying to tackle them all at first. In this quick tutorial from Justin Odisho, you'll learn how to apply color corrections to video. Having properly balanced color is one of the most important global adjustments one can make. Much like still photos, video can have issues with tint and white balance, and while the basic concepts still apply, the manner in which one goes about evaluating and adjusting the color can be a bit different. In particular, pay attention to the Lumetri scopes, which can give you very intuitive graphical feedback on the color content of each frame and allow you to see how your corrections are modifying the spectrum in real time. If you're worked in Photoshop or Lightroom before, the adjustments in the Basic Correction panel should be quite familiar and you should have no problem jumping in.
