Photographers will soon have fresh gear for two of Fujifilm’s most beloved cameras. The X100 and X100s receive a new 1.4× teleconverter, while the X‑T1 is getting a suite of ergonomic accessories.
Although official pricing is still pending, all items are slated for release in May. The X‑100 series’ teleconverter, the TCL‑X100, stretches the fixed 35 mm lens to a 50 mm focal length (full‑frame equivalent) and requires the latest firmware to operate correctly.
The X‑T1 lineup expands with:
- MHG‑XT Small & Large grips – The Large grip adds substantial bulk to the body, while the Small extends the handle slightly. Both provide full battery‑port access and a built‑in dovetail mount for accessories.
- Extended eyecup – Improves comfort and light isolation.
- Grip strap – Designed for one‑handed operation.
- Replacement port covers – Keep your camera’s ports protected.
